Program Quality Director teams are introducing short coaching sprints to address recurring officer pain points before major deadlines.

PQD teams are now using role-level completion and assessment trends to define two-week coaching sprints. Each sprint includes one tactical workshop, one office hour, and a follow-up check on assessment outcomes.

The model is designed to reduce repeated failed attempts by strengthening understanding before reassessment.

High-Focus Roles in Round 1

Early sprint cohorts are focused on VP Education, Secretary, and Treasurer role tracks, where procedural precision and timing are critical. Sessions prioritize workflows, governance checkpoints, and practical examples from district operations.

Expected Impact

District analysts expect these targeted sprints to reduce overdue assignments and improve first-pass assessment rates in the first cycle. Clubs with proactive sprint participation are already reporting tighter executive team coordination.
